Complete Kitchen Renovation – Bronx, NY (Full Demolition & Modern Upgrade)

This project was a full kitchen transformation completed by DLS Construcion LLC, starting from a complete demolition of the existing space.

The original kitchen was outdated, enclosed, and lacked both functionality and modern appeal. The layout limited movement, storage, and overall usability.

Jhonny led the project from start to finish, beginning with a full demolition that removed existing cabinets, flooring, countertops, and finishes, creating a clean slate for a complete rebuild.

From there, every element of the kitchen was redesigned and rebuilt with attention to both function and aesthetics.

The renovation included the installation of new tile flooring, custom cabinetry, modern countertops, backsplash tile work, updated lighting, plastering, and professional painting. Each detail was carefully executed to ensure durability, clean finishes, and a cohesive modern look.

The new kitchen layout maximizes space, improves flow, and introduces a large island that serves as both a functional workspace and a central gathering point.
